So since I have posted last, I have gotten 2 new jobs, and I love the one I am at now. I work for a community management company, and therefor sit at a desk most of the time. This is also good, because I make more money, have better benefits and I work a regular schedule! YAY! I also have a wonderful boyfriend who I am planning on moving in with some time this year. YAY again! This year is really looking to be a fabulous one.
Anyway, one of our vendors gave this quote of the day calendar. So I will try to put one up a day and maybe some other tips and tricks that I am learning because I really want to lose weight.

Health Tip: I have started snacking throughout the day, especially on unsalted nuts. Doing this has helped me to not eat as big meals.
