I am going to focus on the sunshine quote as usual.  We are our own biggest enemies.  That is what this quote really means.  We second guess ourselves, we get nervous, we are anxious.  If we stop doing that, we could accomplish so many more things.  Its the person who says its just a hobby, that will not take it to the next level, that is who we need to step up.
